Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in chemical dependency and psychiatric settings preferred.
• Active licensure in the State of Massachusetts preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments using evidence-based tools.
• Develop recovery-oriented treatment plans.
• Deliver individual and group counseling services.
• Document all clinical interactions.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Maintain a culturally sensitive approach with clients.
