Northeast Center for Youth & Families, Inc. seeks full-time In-Home Therapy Clinicians to support families in the Springfield area.

You will deliver individual, family, and group therapy, maintain records, and prepare documentation for billing as part of a collaborative care team. Requirements include a Master’s Degree and eligibility for LICSW/LMHC or another clinical license, with trauma‑informed care experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Eligible for LICSW, LMHC or other clinical license.
• Familiar with trauma-informed care.
• Approved CORI, DCF and driving background checks.
• Valid driver's license.
• Auto Insurance coverage requirements for transporting clients.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical services to assigned client caseload (individual, family and group therapy).
• Maintain client records and produce reports for third‑party billing.
• Participate in treatment planning and develop goals and strategies.
• Document progress and contribute to care coordination.
