Baystate Health seeks a Clinical Psychologist for the Family Advocacy Center in Springfield, MA. The role focuses on trauma-informed mental health care for children, adolescents, adults, and families affected by trauma and grief, delivering specialized assessment and therapy.

Under supervision by the program and medical leadership, you will contribute to program development, interdisciplinary care planning, and survivor-driven initiatives while supporting education and supervision of students

Qualificações

• Licensed Psychologist in Massachusetts.
• Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) degree required.
• Experience in outpatient mental health settings.
• Trauma- and grief-focused approaches preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide developmentally appropriate psychotherapy to individuals and families affected by trauma.
• Conduct intakes and comprehensive assessments to inform diagnoses and treatment planning.
• Develop individualized, measurable treatment plans aligned with patient goals.
• Apply trauma- and grief-focused interventions within a trauma-informed framework.
• Collaborate with families, community providers, and state agencies to coordinate care.
