Interfaith Community Services in Escondido, CA invites applicants for the Associate Clinical Therapist role within the Recovery & Wellness Center and Turk Recuperative Center. You will deliver professional behavioral health services, including individual and group therapy, assessments, and discharge planning.

You will work with a complex client population, coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, and advocate to reduce barriers to housing and recovery.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree required for clinical work and licensure eligibility.
• Active California BBS registration or eligibility within 6 months preferred.
• 1–2+ years in social services or counseling settings required; homeless or SMI exposure valued.

• Provide individual and group therapy to a diverse client population.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and care planning.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and community resources to support housing stability.
