Zusammenfassung

Interfaith Community Services INC in Escondido is seeking an Associate Clinical Therapist to provide professional behavioral health services within the Recovery & Wellness Center (RWC) or Turk Recuperative Center. The role emphasizes trauma-informed individual and group therapy for a complex client population.

The position requires a Master’s degree in social work or related field and active BBS licensure or eligibility.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in social work, Behavioral Health, Counseling, or related field is required.
• Must be currently registered with the California BBS as ACSW/AMFT/APCC or eligible.
• Minimum 500 qualifying supervision hours (Turk Recuperative Center only).
• 1–2+ years experience in social services or counseling setting preferred.
• Experience with homelessness, SMI, or medically fragile populations required.

Aufgaben

• Conduct intake assessments for behavioral health and substance use.
• Perform biopsychosocial assessments to determine need and level of care.
• Provide individual and group therapy in a trauma-informed approach.
• Develop individualized treatment and housing support plans.
• Coordinate care with MCPs, community providers, and support persons.
• Maintain confidential case documentation per standards.
• Participate in weekly case conferencing and quality improvement initiatives.
