Job summary

Catholic Community Services – Counseling, Recovery & Wellness (CReW) seeks a Co-Occurring Counselor to deliver outreach, psychotherapy, and case management across housing sites and community settings. The role emphasizes trauma-informed care and collaborative treatment planning.

You will work under supervision and with housing partners to support tenant stability, mental health recovery, and service access. Hybrid schedules may apply with licensure supervision available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling or related field.
• Two years of clinical experience with vulnerable populations is preferred.
• Eligibility for SUDP credential or ability to obtain it within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide outreach, individual psychotherapy, and ongoing case management.
• Conduct trauma-informed biopsychosocial assessments for new clients.
• Facilitate group sessions and collaborate with treatment teams.
• Assist housing stability through housing/resource navigation and advocacy.
