Qualifications

• Trauma-informed, strengths-based case management experience is required.
• Experience delivering recovery-focused services to adults experiencing homelessness.
• Familiarity with housing first and harm-reduction approaches.

Responsabilités

• Provide trauma-informed case management, rehab services, and counseling to residents.
• Conduct intake interviews and document health, psychosocial, financial histories.
• Lead substance use discussions, relapse prevention, and wellness planning.
