Job summary

Interfaith Community Services INC in Oceanside is seeking a Supervising Clinical Therapist to provide behavioral health support within a Grant Per Diem program serving veterans experiencing homelessness. You will deliver short-term therapy, crisis intervention, and coordinate clinical care across the residential setting.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field and CA licensure, with 2+ years in social services and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• CA licensure required: LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
• Minimum 2 years in social services or related setting; 2+ years in managerial or supervisory roles.
• Experience with homeless or severely mentally ill populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to clinical staff and interns.
• Review cases, assessments, treatment plans and documentation for quality and compliance.
• Monitor team performance and ensure program goals align with grant requirements.
• Maintain confidential records and prepare required reports for funders.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with mental health providers for care coordination.
• Participate in staff trainings, meetings, and program development activities.
