LifePath Systems in Plano, TX seeks a YES Waiver Supervisor to lead Intensive Case Managers and CLS Specialists, ensuring services meet NWIC standards and TAC requirements. The role combines supervision, training, and performance monitoring within a trauma-informed, person-centered framework.

Responsibilities include weekly team meetings, caseload management, data dashboards, and collaboration with the Training team to ensure program success and policy compliance.

Competenze

• Experience applying NWIC standards and trauma-informed care to service delivery.
• Ability to supervise Intensive Case Managers and CLS Specialists.
• Strong documentation, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with training teams.

Mansioni

• Supervise weekly team meetings, assign caseloads, and monitor engagement and productivity.
• Oversee program dashboards and personnel actions including time sheets and evaluations.
• Coach and train staff; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with Training team and present team data to management, in writing and verbally.
• Ensure services align with YES Manual, TRR, UM guidelines, and TAC requirements.

Formazione

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) OR LCSW OR LMFT with 1+ year supervisory experience

Wrap Supervisor training within 90 days of hire
