San Diego Youth Services seeks a Licensed Clinical Supervisor in the Quality Management department based in San Diego. The role oversees clinical supervision, training, and program quality for youth-focused services, including co-occurring mental health and substance use treatment.

The position reports to the Quality Management Manager and requires California licensure, leadership in trauma-informed care, and collaboration with placement partners.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising clinical staff, interns, and trainees.
• Licensure in California required: LCSW, MFT, or LPCC.
• Understanding of trauma-informed, youth-focused care.
• Ability to collaborate with schools, law enforcement, and partners.

Responsabilités

• Develop and supervise an integrated treatment approach for youth with co-occurring disorders.
• Provide weekly individual and group clinical supervision.
• Coordinate training and supervision for staff and volunteers.
• Monitor documentation quality and compliance with standards.
• Engage with program managers and treatment teams.
