Job summary

LifePath Systems is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for the Youth Empowerment Services (YES) Waiver in Plano, TX. The role supervises Intensive Case Managers and CLS Specialists, trains staff, and ensures services meet NWIC, TAC, and UM guidelines with trauma-informed, person-centered care.

Requires full Texas licensure (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) with supervisory experience, or provisional licensure with supervision. A graduate degree is required; bilingual capability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DSM, TRR, NWIC standards
• Experience with intensive case management
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices
• Ability to coordinate services and communicate effectively
• Multicultural competency preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to Intensive Case Managers and CLS Specialists
• Monitor caseloads and program dashboards
• Ensure timely documentation and timely completion of trainings
• Lead team meetings and coach staff
• Collaborate with Training team and management for program success
