Qualifications

• LCSW licensure in Oregon is required.
• 2-5 years of clinical social work experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards in social work.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Comfort with online platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Workspace).
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to provide professional and personal referrals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise up to 5 CSWA associates while providing clinical oversight.
• Work 32 hours per week: 20-23 hours with patients, 3-4 hours in supervision, 4 hours administrative duties weekly.
• Provide case consultations and ensure ethical, evidence-based practice.
• Ensure timely clinical notes and correct note templates are used.
• Stay updated on Oregon/Washington licensing regulations for supervisees.
• Collaborate with other supervisors and department heads.
• Offer mentoring and crisis support within approved admin time.
• Maintain accurate records and assist supervisees with licensure requirements.
