Collin County Mental Health Retardation Center seeks a Clinical Supervisor for the YES Waiver program to lead Intensive Case Managers and CLS Specialists, ensuring adherence to NWIC standards and trauma-informed, person-driven care. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, staff coaching, and collaborative training across teams.

The ideal candidate holds Texas licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMFT) with supervisory experience and is proficient in documentation, with bilingual English/Spanish abilities

Qualifications

• Must hold full, unrestricted Texas licensure with supervisory experience.
• Provisional licenses with supervision acceptable for consideration.
• Experience implementing NWIC standards in YES/Wraparound settings.
• Knowledge of Trauma-Informed Care Practices and HHSC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and training to Intensive Case Managers and CLS Specialists.
• Oversee weekly team meetings, caseload assignment, and productivity tracking.
• Ensure services align with NWIC standards, YES manual, and UM guidelines.
• Maintain program dashboards and timely documentation of services.
• Collaborate with Training team and communicate team data to management.
• Present data in writing and verbally and support crisis coverage as needed.
