Job summary

South-Coast-Community-Services is seeking a Clinical Supervisor in California to ensure clinical integrity of Wraparound services for youth and families. The role supervises Associate Clinicians pursuing licensure, provides clinical consultation, and ensures trauma-informed, culturally competent practice with fidelity to state standards.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California licensure as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
• Two years of licensure within the past five years.
• Active psychotherapy practice in the last two years.
• Completion of 15 hours of supervision training before supervision starts.
• Compliance with the Supervisor Responsibility Statement.
• Qualify as LPHA and Medi-Cal SMHS provider per WIC 4096.6.
• Valid CA driver’s license and auto insurance.
• CPR/First Aid/ProACT completed within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual and group clinical supervision to enhance knowledge of diagnosis, evidence-based treatment, legal/ethical considerations, and wraparound principles.
• Remain current with governing boards and ensure practices follow statutes and regulations.
• Align team around common objectives to uphold contracts and organizational policies.
• Ensure staff documentation, assessments, and paperwork meet standards for compliance, productivity, and timeliness.
• Review and prepare staff performance evaluations and manage disciplinary actions as needed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with State/County agencies and community partners; participate in required meetings.
• Oversee clinicians and HFW Program Supervisors.
