Compass Connections in Texas is hiring for a clinical supervisor role within our emergency shelter and group home programs. The position requires a Master's in social work with two years of postgraduate direct service experience or an equivalent advanced degree with clinical experience, plus bilingual English/Spanish abilities.

The role involves meeting regulatory guidelines, maintaining on-call coverage, counseling, crisis management, and documenting clinical data while supporting foster care

Qualifikationen

• Master's in social work with two years postgraduate direct service delivery experience, OR a master's/PhD in psychology, sociology or related behavioral science with clinical experience.
• Certifications: First aid, CPR, Emergency behavior intervention.
• Two+ years related experience; supervisory experience preferred (4+ years).
• Language requirement: Fluency in English and Spanish.

Aufgaben

• Meet federal and state regulatory guidelines applicable to this position.
• Maintain on-call schedule for the support of children and staff.
• Provide counseling, crisis management, evaluations and other clinical functions.
• Record relevant clinical data and report clinical information as required.
• Foster Care Programs - support, recruit foster parents.
