Job summary

The International Rescue Committee in Seattle seeks a Clinical Services Supervisor (LICSW) to lead culturally and linguistically appropriate mental health services for survivors of human trafficking. This role reports to the MHPSS Program Manager and supervises Practicum Interns.

Responsibilities include conducting intakes, developing individual service plans, delivering interventions in office, remotely, and in the community, and coordinating care with partners to strengthen client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English, and Spanish language(s) required.
• At least three years' experience with therapeutic intake, assessment, service planning, treatment reviews and case closures.
• At least two years' experience providing evidence-based, evidence-informed, or best-practice interventions.
• At least one year of supervisor experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong intercultural communication skills: demonstrated ability to work.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of master's level Practicum Interns.
• Clinical supervision to ensure trauma-informed, culturally relevant services.
• Care coordination with internal and external providers.
• Outreach and engagement to build provider/community capacity.
• Maintain a clinical caseload (approx. 15-20 clients).
