Job summary

The International Rescue Committee is seeking a Clinical Services Supervisor in Washington state to lead MHPSS services for survivors of human trafficking. You will conduct intake assessments, develop service plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions with a trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach.

The role requires LICSW licensure, strong intercultural communication, and experience supervising staff.

Qualifications

• At least three years’ experience with therapeutic intake, assessment, service planning, treatment reviews and case closures.
• At least two years’ experience providing evidence-based, evidence-informed, or best-practice interventions.
• LICSW in Washington state; fingerprint clearance and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical services, conduct intakes and assessments and develop individual service plans; deliver interventions.
• Provide clinical supervision to non-licensed psychosocial staff to ensure trauma-informed, culturally relevant care.
• Coordinate care with internal and external providers to support holistic client services.
• Engage in outreach to identify and serve survivors of human trafficking and build community capacity.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation, data entry and reporting; monitor program activity and quality.

The position has four main functions: 1) Clinical services - conducting mental health intakes and assessments, developing individual service plans, and delivering evidence-based and evidence-informed interventions, 2) Clinical supervision - supervising non-licensed psychosocial support staff to ensure services are of quality, trauma informed, and culturally relevant, and 3) Care coordination - with internal and external providers to ensure holistic client support, and 4) Outreach and engagement - to build provider and community capacity to identify, respond to, and serve survivors of human trafficking. The Clinical Services Supervisor must be an independently licensed counselor/therapist in WA State. Strong candidates must have experience helping help high barriers clients navigate and access systems, and delivering culturally responsive, linguistically accessible services.
