Job summary

Center for Community Alternatives, Inc. seeks a licensed clinical social worker to provide trauma-informed mental health counseling to men, women, and young adults enrolled in the TRC.

The role includes assessments, treatment planning, psychotherapy, case management, and crisis intervention within a supportive, community-focused setting. Ideal candidates hold LMSW/LCSW, bring expertise in trauma-focused interventions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must hold LMSW or LCSW license and work with adults and young adults from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience with trauma-informed mental health interventions and DSM-5 alignment.
• Ability to collaborate with clinical staff and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed mental health counseling to TRC participants.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain clinical records.
• Deliver short-term individual and group psychotherapy and crisis intervention.
• Coordinate services, perform outreach, and document progress with participants.
• Participate in staff meetings and training; supervise clinical interns as needed.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred to support diverse participants.
