Job summary

Lima Chamber in Lima, OH seeks a Licensed Social Worker (LSW/LISW) to join a private integrative practice as an independent contractor. The clinician will provide biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and individual or group counseling with a trauma-informed, person-centered approach.

Office-based with flexible telehealth options and a collaborative team. Position offers 22+ clinical hours weekly, 1099 status, and opportunities for creative workshops.

Qualifications

• Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or LISW in Ohio.
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Professional liability insurance.
• Ability to meet independent contractor requirements.
• Experience with trauma and/or neurodivergent clients preferred.
• Additional training in integrative modalities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide biopsychosocial assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct individual (and potentially group) counseling.
• Crisis response when needed.
• Coordinate with prescribers and outside agencies.
• Opportunities to lead creative workshops or groups if desired.
• Clinical and training supervision available.
