Job summary

Align Psychiatry and Wellness is seeking a licensed clinical therapist (LSW, LISW, LISW-S, LPCC, LPCC-S or LMFT) to join our compassionate team in Ohio. The role offers a flexible hybrid, part-time schedule (3 days per week) with potential to move to full-time as caseload grows.

You will provide therapy to individuals, children (ages 6+), families, and groups while our administrative team handles scheduling and billing.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field.
• Active, unrestricted Ohio license (LISW, LISW‑S, LPCC, or LPCC‑S).
• Active LSW.
• Experience as a mental health therapist preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must want to work with kids ages 6+.

Responsibilities

• Perform intake assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and/or children.
• Develop individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team as needed.
• Adhere to all clinical, ethical, and licensing standards.
