Job summary

Thriveworks in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking licensed clinicians to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care through a hybrid model—telehealth and face-to-face sessions. Eligible clinicians may receive a ramp stipend for 30+ hours weekly.

Professionals must be independently licensed in Ohio (LCSW or equivalent) and be ready to see at least 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability per week, treating a variety of clients including couples and children.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in Ohio (LCSW or equivalent).
• Availability for at least 30 hours/week and 25 sessions with a 7-day week coverage.
• Behavioral health generalist open to treating diverse clients (couples and children).
• Commitment to measurable client progress.
• Comfort with telehealth and EHR tools.
• Strong teamwork and collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care via telehealth and in-person sessions in Cincinnati.
• Manage a growing caseload and work with diverse client populations.
• Utilize telehealth technology and EHR systems to document progress and coordinate care.
