Omni Family of Services Inc. seeks a Clinical Program Director (CPD) to lead the mental health and trauma-informed treatment model across designated programs.

The CPD provides administrative and clinical support, ensures consistency of best practices, and guides implementation of evidence-based and measurement-based care. We are a dedicated, employee-owned organization delivering foster care, outpatient behavioral health, and family support services.

Qualifications

• Licensed mental health professional required.
• PhD, PsyD or Master's in behavioral sciences, child development, social services or related field.
• Licensed to supervise clinical programs and meet licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational and clinical delivery across programs.
• Develop and enforce evidence-based, trauma-informed practices.
• Provide administrative and clinical supervision to staff.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and quality standards.
