Omni Family of Services is seeking a Clinical Program Director to oversee the mental health and trauma-informed treatment model across our program. The CPD provides administrative and clinical leadership, developing consistent best practices and implementing evidence-based and measurement-based care.

Qualifications

• Licensed to supervise clinical programs and meet all independent licensing requirements.
• Ability to diagnose and render behavioral health services within a relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 3 years prior experience.
• Licensed mental health professional with a relevant degree.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mental health and trauma-informed treatment across programs.
• Provide administrative and clinical leadership for designated programs.
• Develop and ensure evidence-based and measurement-based practices.
• Lead teams to achieve strong performance and safety.
