Job summary

Omni Family of Services Inc. is seeking a clinically licensed Program Director to lead mental health and trauma-informed service delivery across its Memphis area programs.

The CPD will provide both administrative and clinical support while ensuring best practices and evidence-based models are implemented. The role requires a licensed professional with at least 3 years of leadership experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to supervise clinical teams in a dynamic, multi-service

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed mental health professional.
• Minimum of 3 years prior experience.
• Ability to build and lead strong teams and manage programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mental health and trauma-competent treatment model operation and delivery across designated Omni Family of Services programs.
• Provide administrative and clinical support; develop and ensure consistent best clinical practices.
• Implement evidence-based and measurement-based models; supervise clinical programs as licensed supervisor.
