Job summary

Omni Family of Services is seeking a Clinical Program Director (CPD) to oversee the mental health and trauma-informed treatment model across designated programs. The CPD provides administrative and clinical support, ensuring evidence-based practices and measurement-based care are implemented consistently.

We are a trauma-competent organization delivering foster care, outpatient behavioral health, and family support services.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed mental health professional.
• PhD, PsyD or Master's degree from an accredited college or university in the behavioral sciences, child development, social services, psychology or closely related field required.
• Licensed to supervise clinical programs and meet all independent licensing requirements of stated profession.
• Able to diagnose and render behavioral health services within a jurisdiction in which those services will be provided.
• Minimum of 3 years prior experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead strong teams to achieve successful performance, must possess strong organizational, interpersonal and decision-making skills.
