Job summary

Omni Family of Services Inc. seeks a Clinical Program Director (CPD) to oversee the mental health and trauma-competent treatment model across its programs. The CPD provides both administrative and clinical leadership and drives implementation of evidence-based practices and measurement-based care.

The role focuses on building strong teams, ensuring safety and high-quality services, while aligning with ESTEEM values and the organization’s mission to empower families and communities.

Qualifications

• Licensed to supervise clinical programs.
• Minimum of 3 years prior experience.
• Licensed mental health professional.
• Ability to diagnose and render behavioral health services within a jurisdiction.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation and delivery of mental health and trauma-competent treatment models across designated Omni Family of Services programs.
• Provide administrative and clinical support to designated programs.
• Develop and ensure best clinical practices, including evidence-based and measurement-based models.
• Collaborate with teams to advance safety, healing, and positive change within the community.
