Job summary

Omni Family of Services seeks a Clinical Program Director to lead the mental health and trauma-informed treatment model across designated programs. The role blends administrative and clinical leadership, ensuring consistent best practices and implementation of evidence-based models.

The CPD will guide service delivery, supervise clinical staff, and advance a culture of safety, hope, and resilience as part of a mission-driven, employee-owned organization.

Qualifications

• Licensed mental health professional with a graduate degree (PhD, PsyD or Master’s) in behavioral sciences or closely related field.
• Licensed to supervise clinical programs and meet independent licensing requirements.
• Minimum of 3 years of prior experience in clinical or program leadership.
• Ability to diagnose and render behavioral health services within the applicable jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operation of the mental health and trauma-informed treatment model across designated Omni Family of Services programs.
• Provide administrative and clinical support to designated programs.
• Develop and ensure consistent best clinical practices and implement evidence-based and measurement-based models.
