Responsibilities

• Lead clinical delivery across Win’s transitional housing programs
• Provide trauma-informed clinical supervision and consultation
• Support staff with clinical supervision and training
• Develop and implement evidence-based practices
• Strengthen referral networks for mental health services
• Oversee clinical assessment tools and program quality
