Qualifications

• Must hold NY State LCSW or LMHC with 3+ years experience supporting families facing homelessness and trauma
• Strong knowledge of Motivational Interviewing and Trauma-Informed Care
• Proven clinical supervisory experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with Clinical Supervisors to ensure high-quality clinical case management for families and individuals
• Provide individual and group counseling using trauma-informed and harm reduction approaches
• Build and maintain strong referral networks for mental health and substance use services
• Lead the implementation of evidence-based practices and support development of clinical assessment tools
• Deliver training in Motivational Interviewing and Trauma-Informed Care to strengthen staff capability
• Provide clinical oversight, site support, and strategic input on mental health initiatives across programs
