Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Licensed Clinical Counselor to work with the Associate Behavioral Health Director, supporting clinical practices addressing cultural and social diversity. The role includes supervising trainees, monitoring documentation, and providing training as needed.

The position involves on-call rotation, weekend monitoring, and delivering direct clinical services including individual, group, couples, and family sessions.

Qualifications

• Masters/Doctorate in psychology, social work, counseling or related field.
• Must hold a valid California clinical license (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC/PsyD).
• Eligibility to supervise interns/trainees/practicum students.
• Experience with clinical supervision and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical practices addressing cultural/social diversity of the population.
• Provide clinical supervision to trainees/interns/associates as needed.
• Monitor clinical documentation and maintain quality assurance of records.
• Facilitate clinical meetings addressing resident concerns and crisis intervention.
• Coordinate individual, family, and group counseling and case management services.
• Deliver direct clinical services including individual and group sessions.

Education

Master's or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or a related field

Valid LMFT/LCSW/LPCC/PsyD license in the State of California

Eligibility to supervise interns, trainees, practicum students
