Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related field.
• Licensed Clinician in CA (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC) in good standing.
• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience.
• Experience in strategic planning and operational management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry/reporting.
• Completion of 40-hour Domestic Violence Advocate certification post-hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, implementation, and strategic planning of Clinical and Community Based Services.
• Develop strategies and metrics to ensure program compliance with contracts.
• Manage client data review and continuum of care across programs.
• Coordinate integrated clinical and community services with trauma-informed care.
• Lead cross-department collaboration and communicate updates to teams.
• Oversee daily operations, external partnerships, and organizational standards.
• Develop and manage the MSW Intern program to maximize clinical readiness.
• Oversee budget development and resource optimization.
