Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an Licensed Therapist to provide comprehensive assessments and evidence-based therapy in residential or outpatient settings. The role requires collaboration with healthcare professionals and adherence to regulatory standards.

The candidate will deliver individual, group, and family therapies, maintain documentation, and support high-quality patient care under established agency guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling.
• Licensed Psychologist, LPC, or LICSW required; valid driver’s license as needed.
• Maintains current knowledge of standards of care through continuing education.
• Familiar with CARF Standards, Medicaid and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive assessments to determine medically necessary and appropriate services.
• Provides therapeutic interventions utilizing evidence-based modalities.
• Delivers individual, group, and family therapy.
• Coordinates care with physicians and social workers to ensure integrated treatment.
• Maintains accurate documentation of all interactions.
• Meets agency productivity benchmarks while maintaining service quality.
