Job summary

Paycom - ATS Ontario, OR is seeking a Supervisor to oversee Residential Associates and Medical Associates in a 24/7 residential care setting. The role emphasizes coaching, compliance with house rules, and supervising staff across shifts.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in substance-use-disorder treatment with supervisory experience, plus CPR/First Aid and AVADE certification. CADC/Nursing license preferred; opportunity for professional development and benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in human services, social sciences, or related field, or equivalent combination with SUD experience.
• Three years direct experience in a substance-use-disorder treatment setting, including one year in a supervisory role.
• Must pass criminal background check; TB screening; CPR/First Aid; AVADE certification.
• Preferred: Oregon CADC or nursing license (LPN or RN) or ability to obtain within 18 months; experience overseeing 24/7 residential operations and EHR documentation; Trauma-Informed Care training.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct administrative supervision, coaching and performance feedback to Residential Associates and Medical Associates.
• Observe resident interactions and adherence to house rules; deliver timely feedback.
• Conduct onboarding and ongoing training and competency checks.
• Provide 30-day individual and group supervision for staff.
• Draft and adjust 24/7 staff schedule; approve PTO and arrange call-in replacements.
• Oversee MARs, incident logs, bed status, safety protocols.
• Track KPIs and prepare monthly leadership summaries.
• Serve as first-line on-shift resource and participate in on-call rotation.
• Lead safety inspections, emergency drills and quality improvement initiatives.
