Anchor Academy seeks a Classroom Support Staff to engage with students aged 10-22, delivering coaching, academic and clinical interventions, and social-emotional support throughout the school day.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or better; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with adolescents with mental health needs.
• Able to obtain CORI and OIG background checks.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with school staff to provide coaching and check-ins for students.
• Develop and implement academic and clinical interventions.
• Provide social-emotional support to increase independence in the curriculum.
• Model trauma-informed care through ARC treatment philosophy.
