Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree, paraprofessional certification, or related coursework preferred.
• Experience with children or adolescents in educational settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support a structured and culturally responsive classroom environment.
• Assist students with routines, expectations, and behavioral boundaries.
• Provide individualized and small-group academic and social-emotional support.
• Assist with lesson activities and accommodations aligned with IEP goals.
• Document student progress and contribute to classroom organization.
