Qualifications

• 1 year of direct human services experience with children in diverse populations.
• 40-hour domestic violence training and CPR & First Aid preferred.
• ICDVP credential preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Assess children’s needs and provide case management services.
• Provide crisis intervention and advocate for clients as needed.
• Offer individual and/or family sessions to develop service and safety plans.
• Coordinate with schools, health providers, and community partners.
• Facilitate parenting classes and supervise trainings as needed.
• Document outcomes and maintain confidential records.
