The role emphasizes advocacy, coordinating services, and ensuring compliance with funding requirements; domestic violence experience is desirable and training in trauma-informed care is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Behavioral Science, or related field.
• Three years of progressively responsible experience providing direct case management.
• Valid State Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Interviews, accepts, and provides comprehensive, long-term, structured case management for an assigned caseload.
• Develops comprehensive program plans and evaluates client progress through mentoring and counseling sessions.
• Advocates for clients to obtain services and ensures compliance with funding requirements.
