Job summary

Women Against Abuse seeks a Case Management Services Manager to lead supervision, planning, and coordination of case management for DV emergency safe havens in Philadelphia. You will ensure standards compliance, assist in strategic planning, and coordinate client groups and outreach as part of a trauma-informed approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field required; MSW/MAA preferred.
• 3 years of Case Management experience with vulnerable populations.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in social services.
• Experience with residential programs and Philadelphia housing programs.
• Bilingualism strongly preferred.
• PA Domestic Violence Advocate Training Certification required post hire.
• Satisfactory Child Abuse, Criminal and FBI Clearances pre-hire and regularly thereafter.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, planning, and coordination of case management services for DV emergency safe havens.
• Ensure compliance with case management standards and funding requirements.
• Assist in strategic and operational planning for residential safe haven programs.
• Co-facilitate client review meetings and coordinate client groups.
• Maintain safe, supportive community environment; on-call rotation; prepare program statistics and reports.
