Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking an experienced Case Management Supervisor in Los Angeles, CA. The role leads a team of case managers, focusing on trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and high-acuity client advocacy.

The position requires an MSW and 3+ years in clinical leadership, with responsibilities including documentation compliance, staff development, and court appearance support. Fully onsite, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) required.
• 3+ years of experience in clinical leadership, case management, or program oversight.
• Experience with high-acuity clients, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care.
• Knowledge of DHS documentation requirements, Care Plans, and chart reviews.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to case managers through coaching and skill development.
• Support crisis intervention and field-based engagement with high-acuity clients and community referrals.
• Oversee client documentation, electronic records, Care Plans, and charting for DHS compliance.
• Support program operations including housing and drop‑in services, and participant advocacy.
• Attend court hearings with case managers and advocate for participants as needed.
• Deliver trauma-informed training and support ongoing professional development.
• Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call crisis response schedule.
