Job summary

Clare Public Schools is seeking candidates for a full-time, per-assignment role. The base rate is $22.50 per hour, with salary commensurate with experience and qualifications as determined by the Superintendent.

The assignment is governed by an individual contract. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in education or related fields and have experience with trauma-informed practices, child development knowledge, and strong communication skills with parents, staff, and students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred in education, counseling, occupational therapy, physical therapy, or social work (or related coursework).
• Certificate program completion in related field may be considered.
• Experience in school setting preferred.
• Experience with trauma-informed practices and child development.
• Ability to communicate with parents, staff, and students to lead to positive outcomes.
• Background check required; CPI certification or willingness to obtain.
