Qualifications

• Delivers individual counseling to students during school hours.
• Operates within supervision standards to manage caseload.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling to students on-site during school hours.
• Maintain a manageable caseload aligned with supervisory standards.
• Deliver prevention, intervention, and supportive services to reduce barriers to learning.
• Participate in treatment planning and staffing meetings, developing meaningful, goal-driven care plans.
• Respond to emotional or behavioral crises with timely, compassionate support.
