Job summary

Adult & Child Health is seeking a School Based Support Specialist to work with students in CPMS, Pleasant Crossing, Ray Crowe, Break O Day. You will apply behavioral science to support youth in their home and community environments and collaborate with families and community resources to promote recovery and well-being.

You will manage a caseload, align activities with treatment goals, and coordinate with supervisory staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field is required.
• Experience delivering services to individuals with mental health or related needs is preferred.
• Ability to work with diverse populations in home and school settings is expected.

Responsibilities

• Apply behavioral science principles to support youth in home and community environments.
• Employ a supportive educational approach aligned with client treatment goals.
• Manage a caseload and coordinate with supervisory staff.
• Exercise discretion for emergency services to students in crisis.
• Collaborate with Brightli guidelines and adhere to ethical codes.
