Qualifications

• Master's in a clinically related behavioral health field and QMHP eligible in Illinois.
• Provisional LPC or LSW licensure.
• Minimum 1+ year post-graduate experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Willingness to travel to Lake County sites.
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds and stairs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and intakes using specified tools.
• Provide individual and group psychotherapy for DV/HT survivors using trauma-informed approaches.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans with clients.
• Conduct risk assessments, crisis interventions, and safety planning.
• Maintain clinical documentation per agency and state requirements.
• Coordinate care with internal departments and community providers.
• Provide services in-person and via telehealth.
• Supervise interns in accordance with policy.
