• Collaborate with the medical team to discuss client well‑being and life quality in exams.
• Develop and update treatment goals with the treatment team and referrals.
• Organize and participate in clinical conferences and staffings on assigned clients.
• Educate clients, family members, and significant others; document chart requirements to meet standards.
