Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
• BHT certification or associate degree in behavioral health (Required).
• One year of experience in residential/h shelter/human services or related settings preferred; two years of customer service may be considered.
• Must complete GGWI mandatory trainings in behavioral health, crisis intervention, confidentiality, safety, and related topics.

Responsibilities

• Orient participants to the facility and program expectations.
• Provide trauma-informed engagement and support to participants.
• Document observations, shift notes, and incident reports.
• Monitor safety and intervene during crises or incidents as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and policies.
