Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BHT certification or associate degree in behavioral health required.
• One year of residential/housing service experience preferred.
• Staff trainings including trauma-informed care and confidentiality are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Orient participants to the facility and program expectations.
• Maintain a welcoming, trauma-informed environment.
• Support individual service plans and treatment plans when directed.
• Monitor safety and report behavioral or medical concerns.
• Document observations and incidents accurately in logs or systems.
• Provide crisis de-escalation and de-brief when needed.
• Coordinate with clinical staff and shift teams for continuity of care.
