Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BHT certification or associate degree in behavioral health.
• One year experience in residential/housing or behavioral health settings preferred.
• Experience in mental health environment highly desirable.
• Must complete Gulfstream Goodwill mandatory training modules.

Responsibilities

• Orient participants to the facility and program expectations.
• Maintain a welcoming, trauma-informed environment.
• Execute portions of service or treatment plans as directed by professionals.
• Monitor safety and report behavioral changes.
• Document observations in logs and electronic systems.
• Provide crisis de-escalation and emotional support as needed.
