Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• BHT certification or an associate degree in behavioral health is required.
• One year of relevant residential/human services experience preferred; strong customer service acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate participant orientation and support within the facility.
• Maintain a welcoming, trauma-informed environment for participants and staff.
• Implement and support trauma-informed care, person-centered services, and dignity.
• Execute portions of service or treatment plans under supervision.
• Monitor environment and report safety or medical concerns.
• Record observations, shift notes, and required documentation accurately.
• Provide crisis de-escalation and coordinate with clinical staff as needed.
• Assist with intake procedures and ensure confidentiality per HIPAA.
