Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in behavioral health or related settings preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and ensure safety and well‑being.
• Follow care plans, safety checks, and supervision.
• Assist with ADLs to promote autonomy.
• Monitor and document behavior, mood, and participation in programming.
• Use de‑escalation and crisis intervention techniques when needed.
• Communicate with the team during hand‑offs and shift reports.
