The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in behavioral health/psychiatric settings preferred but not required.
• Must have valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and supervision in facility-based, crisis, or residential settings.
• Assist with activities of daily living and monitor behaviors to support treatment plans.
• Use trauma-informed approaches and de-escalation techniques during crises.
• Document observations and interventions in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Participate in shift hand-offs and interdisciplinary team communications.
• Support safety, infection control, and therapeutic activities.
